چکیده
Summary. Introduction. The combination of pathogenetic factors the main surgical pathology, multiple organ dysfunction, acute respiratory distress syndrome and cytokine storm against background SARS-Cov-2 infection justifies relevance this study.
Materials methods. We examined 13 patients with COVID-19 29 SARS-Cov-2-associated urgent pathology. Investigated concentration C-reactive protein (CRP) by latex agglutination, C3 C4 components complement immunoturbidimetry, content interleukins IL-6 IL-18 ELISA, determination autoantibodies luminescence microscopy.
Results. In certain patterns changes in markers under study were revealed: all groups patients, an increased was observed, which indicated a systemic inflammatory response both postcovid period. period viral infection, most significant are high frequency maximum increase CRP, C3- C4-complement components, or moderate IL-18, more pronounced than infection. pro-inflammatory cytokines found abdominal pathology (postcoid period), while COVID-19, had no diagnostic value. A detected 20.5% COVID-19-associated pathology.
Conclusions. For formation autoimmune conditions is characteristic, expressed presence wide range to nuclear structures. Thus, for prevention complex treatment it advisable use personified step-by-step immunotropic therapy.
